BD is seeking a Laboratory Technician to execute various testing methods, prepare materials, and ensure documentation and compliance with quality systems. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced lab environment.

On-site work is expected with standard in-office collaboration. Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree in a science discipline preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred in a science discipline (chemistry, biology, microbiology).
• Knowledge of laboratory regulatory requirements and quality systems.

Responsabilités

• Execute instrument/method testing (pH, salts, sterility, bioburden, Heparin, ICP heavy metals, etc.).
• Set up laboratory equipment and prepare materials for validations and routine analysis.
• Calibrate lab instruments and maintain testing logs and product release files.
• Monitor supplies, schedules and order needed items.
• Support production equipment and process validations in the lab.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and proper disposal of wastes.
