Job summary

BioReference Laboratories is seeking a Medical Technologist to perform laboratory procedures in a prompt, accurate and reliable manner in line with department policies. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in medical technology or life sciences is required.
• Ability to pass visual discrimination assessment.
• Medium physical work with lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory procedures promptly, accurately and in compliance with policies.
• Maintain routine and STAT testing standards.
• Review QC, calibration, and results prior to release.
• Keep supplies stocked and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Document findings clearly and communicate with supervisor as needed.

Education

Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or Related life Science
