KTA-Tator, Inc. invites students to join the Laboratory Technician Intern role for the Fall 2026–Spring 2027 term. This internship offers real‑world experience across day‑to‑day analytical and physical testing in our lab, with tasks including sample prep and controlled testing.

You’ll work on multiple projects and gain hands-on exposure. We value curiosity, teamwork, and a proactive attitude toward applied science.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in material science, chemistry, engineering or other related discipline.
• Willingness to work with strong odors and messy materials.
• Ability to work as a team member as well as independently.
• Interest in applied science.
• Applicants must be able to reliably report to the office in-person during scheduled working hours.
• Technical writing experience - desired.

Responsibilities

• Sample preparation.
• Bench, instrumental, and physical testing experiments.

• Assistance with other projects, as needed.
