Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in San Diego, CA is seeking a Scientific - Technician II to transform raw materials into final products in a manufacturing lab. This onsite, 7-month contract covers decontamination, product transfer, and maintenance connections.

You will operate lab instruments per SOPs, follow all policies, and support daily management by analyzing data and proposing countermeasures. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED; prior life science or 12 months lab experience is a plus;

Shift: Monday – Friday 10:00pm to 7:00am

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technician II (SD – Manufacturing)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform the manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products including: decontamination process, product transfer, and maintenance connection software.
• Operate instruments in the lab that are needed to complete the tasks by following all work instructions and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Strictly adhere to customer specific as well as general work instructions and SOPs.
• Support daily management: assessment to drive problem solving with data and suggest countermeasures.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School diploma or GED

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Life Science work experience.
• 12 months of lab experience
• Excellent computer skills which include knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
