The position requires a technical diploma (1–2 years) or equivalent education, with no prior experience needed as training is provided. Applicants should have basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety standards and be prepared to support routine lab operations.

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards in record keeping and procedures.
