About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Sample Receiving Technician in our Wilmington, NC lab. Responsibilities include documenting and storing received samples, acting as the first point of contact for client samples, and notifying the Project Management Team of any discrepancies. Key duties involve receiving samples, data entry into Laboratory Information System (LIMS), labeling, storing, preparing shipping kits, assisting in sample management, and supporting field sampling activities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some lab experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Proficiency in computers and database software
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work independently and organize effectively
