Job summary

CAMCO CHEMICAL is seeking a Laboratory Technician I to ensure accurate sample analysis and timely reporting across operations. You will operate and maintain analytical equipment, document results, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, experience with chemical analysis, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet customer needs. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; Wisconsin location.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Laboratory Technician, preferably in an analytical testing environment.
  • Experience with chemical analysis is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain analytical equipment and conduct routine testing on various sample types.
  • Record and document all test results with accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control procedures to maintain precision of analyses.
  • Provide timely reports of test results to relevant departments.
  • Maintain an organized laboratory environment and proper storage of chemicals, reagents, and samples.
  • Prepare and standardize chemical solutions and reagents following established protocols.
  • Regularly calibrate and maintain analytical instruments to ensure reliability.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines in the laboratory.
