Job summary

Qualifications
1-3 years' experience for Laboratory Technician II.
3-5 years' experience for Laboratory Technician III.
5-10 years' experience for Laboratory Technician IV.
Responsibilities
Sampling, processing, and testing materials according to established procedures.
Perform and keep documentation of routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
Prepare testing and inspection reports and safely maintain documents.
Evaluate materials and material test results to assess quality.
Skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to lead others
Knowledge of materials characteristics
Basic math and science knowledge
Education
High School diploma or GED equivalent
