Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading and coordinating laboratory and field technicians.
• Ability to write reports and interpret test data.
• Knowledge of quality standards and AASHTO protocols is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and train laboratory and field testing staff.
• Direct crews in the field and log samples and tests accurately.
• Coordinate assignments for technicians and may serve as dispatcher.
• Prepare reports and assist with administrative duties.
• Maintain equipment calibration and participate in safety procedures.
• Review project plans to prepare testing scope and budgets.
