Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) seeks a Laboratory Technician to assist daily lab functions, including cleaning, preparation/extraction, and stocking supplies, following SOPs and approved methods in compliance with quality programs. The role can require standing, exposure to chemicals and equipment, with typical hours M-F 7am–3:30pm; training follows the same schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Computer skills required.
• Professional working proficiency in English (read, write and speak).
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and written/verbal instructions.
• Perform routine laboratory cleaning.
• Dispose of chemical waste using approved methods.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Enter data into LIMS accurately.
• Washes and inventories glassware and equipment; prepare for shipping if needed.
• Maintain training documentation up-to-date.
• Complete QC samples on schedule (MDL, LOD/LOQ, PT).
• Attend work regularly and arrive on time.
• Comply with health, safety and QA standards; support lab teams as needed.
