Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The lab is seeking a motivated individual to work in a laboratory at the Jan and Dan Duncan Neurological Research Institute focused on modeling human diseases in fruit flies. The technician will assist in developing fruit flies stocks of homologs of human diseases and will be involved in creating transgenes. The technician be organized and detail orientated, has good communication skills and likes to work as part of a big team with day to day communication with supervisors. Training will be provided as needed.
