Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a full-time lab support specialist for a 4x10, Mon-Thu schedule, 3pm–1am, based in Portage, MI. You will apply GMP/GLP practices, prepare solutions, handle glassware, and assist technical staff as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean glassware areas, scanning and filing documents, and ensuring safety and efficiency in all activities. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently after training are essential.

• Pick up glassware from lab areas; clean, dry, and store glassware
• Prepare solutions
• Retrieve acids and wash solvents from storage; check to ensure adequate supplies maintained; dispose waste solutions
• Maintain properly dried desiccant in desiccators and change pipette bath solutions as needed
• Glassware area and washer and dryer cleaning and maintenance
• Help technical staff as needed with miscellaneous support
• Scanning and filing documents
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
• Performs other duties as assigned

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday-Thursday, 3pm - 1am. 4*10 schedule, with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Portage, MI are encouraged to apply.
