Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Chanhassen, MN (Onsite) to support Adhesive Technologies R&D. You will perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation for customer and internal use.

The role requires an Associate degree in a scientific field and at least one year of lab experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Strong Excel/data skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

• Minimum one year of laboratory experience with attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues; support customers and internal stakeholders.
• Complete customer technical testing requests and prepare accurate reports with proper documentation.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and standardize test methods and processes.
• Ensure laboratory equipment and safety compliance; calibrate and maintain records.

What you’ll do

• Assist with investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, providing support to customers and internal stakeholders
• Complete customer technical testing requests and prepare accurate, customer-ready reports, maintaining documentation within established tracking systems
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment while supporting the standardization and continuous improvement of test methods and laboratory processes
• Ensure laboratory and application equipment are properly calibrated, maintained, and compliant with applicable safety standards and regulatory requirements

The salary range for this role is $62,000.00 and $70,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
