We’re seeking a skilled Senior Laboratory Technician to join our Crop Protection Discovery & Development (CPD&D) team in Indianapolis. Thrive in a lab environment and enjoy mentoring others. This is your chance to make an impact!

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct experiments, operate lab equipment, and deliver accurate research results.
• Troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements to lab methods.
• Mentor junior technicians and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Document and communicate findings effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• BS in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology (or related field) with 2+ years of lab experience, or MS with 1+ years.
• Strong skills in lab equipment (e.g., HPLC, spectroscopy) and analytical techniques.
• Proven ability to work independently and follow EH&S standards.
• Comfortable working with plants, insects, and chemicals (no allergies).
