Job summary

Gold Standard Diagnostics Horsham (GSD Horsham), a Eurofins group member, is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Horsham, PA to support rapid test kit production and ELISA testing.

You will prepare reagents, follow SOPs, and collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality diagnostics while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related concentration.
• 0-3 years of laboratory experience.
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with all SOPs and batch records.
• Preparation of reagents, buffers and solutions.
• Perform ELISA testing—both manually and on automated machines.
• Bottle/vial filling, sealing, and labeling.
• Kit manufacturing—both ELISA and lateral flow.
• Microtiter plate manufacturing.
• Antibody purification.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Scientific background (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field)
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written), with astute attention to detail

• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Basic minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or other related concentration
• 0-3 years of laboratory experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
