Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Laboratory Technician for a 9-month contract in Eden Prairie, MN. The role supports Applications & Testing Laboratory, assisting Application Engineers and Product Development teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a laboratory, workshop, manufacturing, or technical environment.
• Understanding of laboratory safety practices and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow testing protocols accurately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry/reporting.
• Degree in Materials Science, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Chemical Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and support laboratory testing equipment.
• Perform standard lab testing for customer samples and new product introductions.
• Assist with standardization, harmonization, and administration of laboratory test methods.
• Ensure equipment is calibrated and complies with safety standards.
• Compile and organize test data in Excel for internal teams.

As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Applications & Testing Laboratory supporting Application Engineers and Product Development teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laboratory Technician (9-Month Contract)

Pay Range: $25/hr
