Yoh presents an excellent long‑term Research Associate opportunity in Framingham, MA, working for a major pharmaceutical company. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or research labs, with a full‑time M–F schedule and potential evenings/overtime for project needs.

Responsibilities span laboratory system implementation, validation/qualification support, and ongoing instrument system care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific/technical discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/regulated lab environments preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP/GxP, data integrity and regulated documentation preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory system implementations across sites and document requirements.
• Assist validation planning, testing, and deviations resolution.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for lab instruments and systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Quality, IT, and vendors.
