Night-shift Laboratory Supervisor at IDEXX

As a Laboratory Supervisor at IDEXX, you will be a people leader at one of the largest veterinary diagnostic companies in the world. You will supervise a team of Medical Laboratory Technicians who help analyze samples to aid veterinarians in diagnosing and treating pets. What You Will Need to Succeed

• Ability to work nights.
• Experience supervising 10+ employees in a high-volume environment.
• At least 1 year of recent supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of human clinical or veterinary testing and procedures.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, innovative work environment.
• Passion for people leadership.
• Excitement about promoting animal health and well-being.
• Physical ability to work in a lab setting, including standing, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs, and visual requirements.
• Awareness of potential biohazard exposure in a lab environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: approximately $85,000 CAD/year
• Annual cash bonus and performance-based merit increases
• Health/Dental benefits, RSP with employer matching, paid sick and vacation time
• Additional support such as mental health resources and volunteer days

Schedule

• Full-time, night-shift (11:00 pm - 7:30 am), Monday to Friday
• Hours may vary based on business needs; reliable attendance is essential.
