Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-8 years experience as a Medical Technologist/Supervisor.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, biological sciences or related field.
• FL Supervisors license in Clinical Chemistry and Serology.
• ASCP or AMT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee laboratory testing for core lab and monitor workflow from samples to results.
• Provide day-to-day guidance on teammate performance and training.
• Ensure compliance with service guarantees and quality requirements.
• Manage staffing, performance evaluations, timecards, and disciplinary actions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Maintain quality improvement programs and safety policies.
