AdventHealth Minneola's 80-bed hospital spans approximately 204,000 square feet and includes an emergency department, full-service imaging, five operating suites, endoscopy services, outpatient laboratory, heart catheterization labs, and critical care and medical/surgical rooms. We deliver comprehensive clinical solutions for the mind, body, and spirit in the Minneola community.
The role you’ll contribute:
The Laboratory Supervisor manages specific aspects of laboratory processes or shifts, including workflow, quality control, procedure review, performance improvement, staff training, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance. The role involves analytical testing of blood and biological specimens, requiring theoretical and practical expertise. On-call hours may be required. The supervisor ensures compliance with policies, maintains quality control, and fosters excellent customer service.
