Qualifications

• Minimum six years as a clinical laboratory technologist.
• At least two years of formal supervisory/leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related field per regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily technical and non-technical operations of the Laboratory.
• Ensure testing is accurate, timely, and compliant with procedures.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Lead quality systems and participate in corrective actions.
• Coordinate with leadership to resolve patient-care and operational concerns.
