Job summary

NCH Healthcare System is seeking a Manager Lab Services in Naples, FL to provide direct supervision across Hematology, Chemistry, Urinalysis and more. You’ll coordinate workflow, maintain instruments, and ensure quality control while driving staff competency and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science or related field.
• Florida CL Supervisor License in all areas of the Laboratory.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Medical Technologist or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate lab sections, schedule staff and workflow.
• Develop and enforce CAP/CLIA/JCAHO/AHCA compliant procedures.
• Oversee daily operations and QA of technical areas and assign duties.
• Manage staff hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure instrument maintenance, inventory control, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT to implement interfaces and improve workflows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory inspections and prepare responses.
