Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements new programs, tests, and procedures.
• Participates in the orientation and training of staff.

Skills

Competency in service to different patient populations

Knowledge in medical technology and management principles

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field

Certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or AMT)

Master's degree in Clinical Laboratory Management (preferred)
