Job summary

LANXESS in Chardon, OH is seeking a Laboratory Operations & Technical Testing professional. You will execute experiments, evaluate products, and perform standardized test methods under supervision.

You will support AD Manager programs, and assist with packaging test documents and regulatory compliance. The role requires a BS in a technical field and 3–5 years of lab experience, with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of lab experience.
• Hands-on technical capability with polymer-related weighing, mixing, compounding, and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute laboratory experiments, product evaluations, and standardized test methods.
• Conduct lab and pilot-scale trials for development programs.
• Prepare materials, collect trial data, and coordinate with production.
