Qualifications

• Maintain clean and safe work area and perform safety inspections.

Job Highlights

This essential role uses raw materials and chemical processing equipment to produce a new product that is sold to manufacturers globally.

• Operation of chemical processing equipment and physical material handling/processing equipment
• Proper monitoring of equipment and record keeping
• Maintaining good housekeeping throughout the building. Performing regular housekeeping inspections.
• Working safely and maintaining the work area in safe condition. Performing regular safety inspections.
• Preparing equipment for repairs.
• Performing raw material and in process laboratory procedures.
• Work with colleagues in collaborative Self-Directed Work Teams

Experience / Skills

• The incumbent must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years' experience in an industrial environment.
• Chemical Plant experience or training is preferred.
• Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling, and climbing.
