Job summary

LANXESS Deutschland GmbH is seeking an industrial maintenance professional to install, modify, and maintain equipment per procedures and schedules at our United States site.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and the ability to read schematics and vendor docs to perform tasks with precision. A related degree or apprenticeship, plus MS Office familiarity, are preferred. This position emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in industrial maintenance, completion of a mechanical apprenticeship, or relevant experience
• Chemical manufacturing experience is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift or move 50 lbs, climb stairs and ladders
• Action oriented - must be able to recognize issues and seize opportunities
• Team player willing to assist others in completion of tasks
• Drivers license required
