Job Summary: | Dr. Meredith Tennis' lab focuses on the investigation of early lung cancer development and lung cancer prevention using translational research approaches. Projects include work with in vitro models, in vivo models, and human samples, and often include interdisciplinary collaboration with scientists and clinicians. The preferred candidate will have significant rodent research experience, molecular and cellular biology research experience, general knowledge of cancer research, and enjoy supporting a team science environment. This position is in a small lab, where research professionals interact directly and often with the PI, have frequent opportunities to work with collaborators, have a high potential for authorship and presentations, and are supported in career development for future goals. Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as: Entry Level: $46,274 - $58,861 Intermediate Level: $50,357 - $64,054 Senior Level: $54,440 - $69,248 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
