Job Summary: | The Nam Lab offers an exciting opportunity to engage in basic, translational, and preclinical glaucoma research, with a focus on developing neuroprotective strategies. Our work aims to translate discoveries from bench to bedside, exploring the role of Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs) in disease progression, and developing targeted therapies, drug delivery systems, and stem cell-based treatments for retinal neurodegeneration. Lab members will have the chance to work on discovering and validating therapeutic targets in vitro and in rodent glaucoma models, conducting preclinical studies, and advancing promising therapies into clinical trials. We encourage lab members to present their research at national conferences. This position is ideal for motivated candidates looking to contribute to impactful research with the potential to improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with and support Principal Investigator (PI) and research functions.

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as Entry Level:$46,274 - $58,861 Intermediate Level:$50,357 - $64,054 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
