Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timeline, milestones, and critical path for laboratory relocation.
• Develop relocation budgets including vendor costs and calibration services.
• Assess readiness of the new facility and ensure alignment with technical requirements.
• Attend project OAC and specification development meetings.
• Serve as primary liaison across stakeholders (lab teams, PM, equipment owners, EHS&S, Facilities).
• Lead regular meetings and status updates to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
• Establish contingency and risk mitigation plans for equipment damage or delays.
• Coordinate labeling, inventory tracking, and data management during moves.
• Coordinate equipment recalibration, testing, and qualification with OEMs and vendors.
• Verify installation, utility connections, and placement of laboratory equipment.
