Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in project management, laboratory operations, or facilities roles
• Experience managing complex laboratory relocations (large-scale moves)
• Experience in biologics or regulated lab environments is preferred
• Coordination with equipment vendors and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Define scope, timeline, milestones, and critical path for relocation
• Develop relocations budgets including vendor costs and disposal
• Assess readiness of new facility to meet electrical, HVAC, data monitoring needs
• Coordinate with stakeholders across labs, facilities, EHS, Real Estate, and IT
• Oversee on-site moves, sequencing, logistics, and safety enforcement
• Coordinate post-move recalibration and qualification with OEMs
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
