Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of non-technical staff for Specimen Processing Automation.
• Assist with preparation of laboratory specimens for analysis and testing.
• Directly supervise, train, and mentor non-technical personnel in the department.
• Monitor daily workflow and schedule adequate coverage.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed and meet quality standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain QA records.
