Job summary

MANA Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Lab Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the Fayetteville Diagnostic clinic. In this role, you will manage laboratory staff, ensure compliance with CLIA regulations, and monitor laboratory performance to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 12-18 months related experience and/or training in laboratory operations.
• 6+ months management experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
