Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA) is seeking a Lab Technologist in Rogers, AR. The role involves performing complex laboratory procedures with supervision, preparing equipment and reagents, and ensuring supplies and safety compliance in a busy clinic environment.

Overview

The Laboratory Technologist works under general supervision to perform difficult and complex laboratory procedures involving a high degree of independent judgment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare laboratory and laboratory equipment for daily operation (e.g., turn on equipment and computer, retrieve necessary chemicals, reagents, etc.)
• Inventory lab supplies to ensure sufficient amounts are available
