Job summary

Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks a life sciences graduate to maintain lab supplies and documentation, safely handle gases, and support cross-site workflows. The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and adherence to cGMP in a full-time, first-shift capacity.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and commute between site locations. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet physical demands (lifting 25 lbs+, standing/walking).
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Ability to commute between multiple site locations.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory supplies, reagents inventory, and media preparation.
• Safely handle and move compressed gases and/or cryogenic liquids.
• Clean and monitor temperature-controlled units, fume hoods, and BSCs.
• Use electronic management systems to document maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Coordinate workflows between teams/departments and manage lab notes/logbooks.
• Perform GDP-compliant documentation and support equipment maintenance/calibrations.
• Support multi-site laboratory areas as needed.

• Use of electronic management and tracking systems for monitoring and documenting routine maintenance and calibration status of laboratory equipment.
• Use of electronic systems to initiate and coordinate workflows between multiple teams/departments
• Management of paper lab notebook and logbook requests, updates, and reconciliation
• Completion of all work and documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Assists in coordination and execution of reoccurring equipment maintenance and calibrations.
• Participates in overtime and weekend schedule as required.
• Cleaning, organization, and labeling of lab spaces in accordance with effective procedures.
• Complete all safety and procedural trainings and re-trainings.
• Complete tasks listed above in laboratory areas that handle potent chemical compounds.
• Support of laboratory area located on multiple sites

Additional Information

The position is full-time, first-shift, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Candidates must be flexible to adapt to schedule changes requiring shift changes and/or weekend work, and overtime may be required as needed.
