Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of high-complexity clinical laboratory experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of hospital/cancer/clinical labs.
• Staffing, coaching, performance evaluations and scheduling.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality control, and patient care standards.
