Qualifications

• Certification or Registry as Medical Technologist/Clinical Technologist by a national certification agency. BLS Certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing and directing all aspects of the clinical laboratory.
• Assures compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Directs activities related to performance improvement and promotes continuing education.
• Prepares laboratory financial reports and conducts departmental meetings.
