Qualifications

• Preferred: Technical Supervisor Certification from the American Board of Bioanalysis; Medical Technologist Certification.

• Develops and coaches staff; drives performance improvement and professional growth.
• Translates business plans into actionable lab operations; oversees work delivery and policy adherence.
• Ensures testing standards, competency, training, and ongoing education across the lab team.

• Leads cross-functional collaboration to align lab operations with quality, regulatory, and safety initiatives.
• Manages lab operations to optimize quality, patient safety, service, and cost efficiency.
