Qualifications

• Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (California) required at hire OR equivalent California licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinical laboratory.
• Ensure timely, accurate laboratory reporting and quality assurance.
• Maintain competency through ongoing training and bench work as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards.
• Lead performance management and development of lab staff; drive improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align lab operations with regulatory changes.
