Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification may be required.
• BLS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain blood and non-blood specimens from inpatients and outpatients.
• Coordinate Laboratory Associate staff to maintain workflow.
• Answer phones and process specimens accurately.
• Coordinate daily schedules including breaks and training.
• Lead onboarding and training for new employees.
• Provide coverage for staff absences.
• Assist with quality and efficiency improvements in the lab.
