Qualifications

• Bachelor's Transcript showing Medical Laboratory Science degree or Bachelor’s Transcript showing Medical Technologist degree (MLS/AMT/ASCP) upon hire.
• Experience in supervising and financial management is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates resources and performance of the Laboratory group.
• Ensures quality, cost-effective laboratory services.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Provides outreach client advisor and retention support as needed.
