Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in healthcare administration, clinical or business sciences.
1–3 years of experience preferred.
Prefer experience in a hospital pediatric pathology department with quality analytics.

Responsibilities

Manage laboratory and pathology reports using LIS, EMR, and third-party portals.
Support quality management with reports and KPIs.
Coordinate outpatient specimen collection and orders in LIS/EMR.
Coordinate department meetings and conferences, including AV needs.
Assist with pathology presentations and content for tumor boards.
Process invoices and payment requests; audit payments.
Arrange travel for physicians and presenters.
Manage physician licenses, renewals and academic appointments.
Assist with journal searches and access to pathology materials.
Provide pathology reports or materials to patients as needed.
