Cynet Health is seeking a Laboratory - MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician) with generalist duties for a 1313-hour assignment. The role covers all core lab areas including blood bank, with shifts in the afternoon/evening, and 8-hour shifts (occasional 10 hours).

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, LIS familiarity, and certifications in MLT (AMT or ASCP). Phlebotomy is not required, and attire as per lab policy.

• Must be a Generalist with blood bank exposure.
• Experience with LIS is required.
• Certifications include AMT or ASCP MLT.

Responsabilités

• Work across all core lab areas including blood bank.
• Familiar with reporting results via LIS and maintaining records.
• Operate analyzers such as EXL Dimension, Sysmex XN, and CS 2500.
• Weekend/holiday work on a rotating basis.
• No phlebotomy duties required.

Weekend and holiday work is required every other weekend and during holidays as needed.

No on-call or standby call requirements.

Professional attire is required.

Orientation involves department-specific training.

The facility can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment.
