Responsibilities

• Receiving, labeling, logging, and storing incoming samples and study materials.
• Tracking inventory, sample locations, usage, expiration dates, and archival activities.
• Coordinating movement of materials between laboratory departments with documentation.
• Assisting with the return, disposal, and archiving of materials at study completion.
• Monitoring incoming samples for quality concerns and notifying leadership of discrepancies.
• Maintaining records in accordance with laboratory procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting GLP, CGMP and safety regulations.
• Assisting with loading, unloading and proper storage of laboratory materials and supplies.
• Performing routine operational tasks, including calibration support and equipment maintenance.
• Supporting specialized laboratory functions based on assignment (sample prep, culturing, etc.).
