Endeavor Health seeks a Laboratory Manager-Microbiology, Molecular and Pathology to supervise the laboratories at Edward Hospital (Naperville) and Elmhurst Hospital (Elmhurst, IL).

You'll lead technologists and technicians, ensure quality control and regulatory compliance, and drive daily operations, testing, and reporting with a focus on accuracy and timely results. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in a clinical lab, plus supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in a clinical field.
• 5+ years in a clinical lab or hospital setting.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory operations at Edward and Elmhurst hospitals.
• Lead, train, and mentor technologists, technicians, and assistants.
• Ensure quality control, regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission).
• Monitor workflow and reporting accuracy; implement process improvements.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and calibration programs.
• Prepare and present performance reports to hospital leadership.
