Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• 5+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory or hospital setting.
• 1 year supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Microbiology, Molecular, and Pathology operations across Elmhurst and Naperville labs.
• Lead and mentor laboratory staff to support professional growth.
• Manage daily lab operations: specimen processing, testing, and reporting.
