Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CA CLS MT(ASCP) in good standing or equivalent preferred.
• Strong medical and computer terminology and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• First line of troubleshooting and ticket creation for end users.
• Coordinate new user orientation and training with IS.
• Represent the laboratory on IS matters and upgrades.
• Evaluate new technologies and coordinate instrument interfaces.
• Maintain current interfaces, billing, and test menus.
