Job summary

Qualifications

• MT certification with at least two years of experience preferred; MT/MLS preferred.
• Oversees staff orientation, training, and performance in a clinical lab.

Responsibilities

• Supervise laboratory services to ensure accurate test completion.
• Analyze and troubleshoot testing methods and instrumentation with supervisor guidance.
• Schedule staff and participate in performance evaluations.
• Oversee QA programs and proficiency testing documentation.
• Order and inventory laboratory supplies and maintain equipment.
