Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in information systems, engineering, CS or related field.
- 5+ years in functional/business/application analyst roles.
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications and operational systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise laboratory operations and workflow management solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate to functional specs.
- Partner with development teams to deliver system enhancements and coordinate testing.
- Coordinate onboarding of new laboratories, users, and workflows; support mobility devices and peripherals.
