Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a detail-oriented support person to assist the Laboratory Resources Coordinator with inventory control and clerical duties. You will maintain inventory levels, receive and stock materials, and reconcile packing slips while coordinating with vendors.

The role includes data entry in the HSS system and supporting monthly reporting. Responsibilities include processing lab records, ensuring HIPAA privacy, and assisting with safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• None required experience.
• Per Diem/PRN work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supply inventory levels for all laboratory departments with regular counts.
• Receive, stock, and reconcile packing slips; resolve vendor issues.
• Enter supply orders into the HSS ordering system and place orders as assigned.
• Assist with monthly reports and maintain laboratory records and reports.
