• Instruct and mentor users on LIS applications and systems.
• Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and new LIS acquisitions.
• Design, install, validate, test, train, document, and migrate LIS changes.
• Maintain regulatory and accreditation readiness and support inspections.
• Generate ad hoc reports via SQL for data collection and interfaces.
• Manage change control and on-call LIS support as needed.
